CRISPR-Roadshow
- The ‘Gene Scissors in Bonn’ series of events is taking place at the University of Bonn from 18 to 20 March. The central theme is the CRISPR-Cas ‘gene scissors’, which are already having an immense impact on medicine, agriculture, materials science and other areas. A wide variety of formats such as practical courses in the laboratory, a lecture evening, a theatre performance and a ‘Knowledge creates art’ workshop will be offered. Last but not least, the important area of bioethics will be discussed.
The events are funded by the German Research Foundation and are free of charge.
