André Neff and Marcel Hövels presented their biotechnological process for the production of a fiber-based sugar alternative at the ChemCologne Cooperation Day. The event, which was organized in cooperation with the TransferCenter enaCom of the University of Bonn in the DIGITALHUB at Bonn's main railway station, enabled the duo to engage in an intensive exchange with players from the Rhineland's chemical industry. The team made valuable contacts with potential cooperation partners and service providers who can support Sweethoven Biotech in scaling up and piloting its enzymatic production process.
